What launchday is
launchdaysells sponsored placements on a public daily leaderboard of product launches. A placement is a position on one day's board determined by the total amount paid into a listing that day. It is an advertising service. It is not a good, a membership, a subscription, or an investment, and it confers no rights over the listed product.
The board resets daily
The board resets every day at 00:00 UTC: the day's final standings are recorded on a permanent archive page and the next day starts with a blank board. A day is atomic — a payment buys placement for the remainder of the day it lands in, and nothing carries into the next day. You are told this at checkout. Buying a placement means you have read and accepted it.
No refunds
All payments are final. The daily reset, being outranked, a change in the destination page, and removal under these terms are all expected outcomes and none of them entitle you to a refund. The single exception: a listing rejected at initial review is refunded in full.
Anyone may list any public launch page
You do not need to own a product to pay into its listing. A public URL requires no permission to link to. A listing does not imply that the product's makers requested, approved, or are aware of it, and launchday does not claim any affiliation with any listed product.
Prohibited listings and removal
The rules list what may not be listed: chat invite links, adult content, content involving minors, financial return promises, gambling services, piracy and illegal marketplaces, hate or harassment, impersonation, bare no-product waitlists, and anything else we judge a risk to users or to our payment processing. We may reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion, at any time, including for a violation discovered after approval, without refund. Listings are immutable after approval; there is no edit facility.
Owner removal requests
A request from a person we are satisfied makes a listed product to remove its listing will be honoured, without refund to whoever paid, and recorded on the public takedowns log.
No endorsement
We do not vet, endorse, or control any listed product or the destination of any link. Every outbound link passes through an interstitial that says so, and outbound links carry rel="sponsored" because placements are paid. You follow links at your own risk.
Your content
The title, tagline, and display name you submit must be accurate, lawful, and yours to use. We may edit or remove them. By submitting them you grant us a licence to display them on the board and in the day archives indefinitely.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or end it at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the thirty days before the claim.
